Club status is used to showcase your clubs status. It will be shown in the GLFR app and it is also available for use on your website with the RSS feed function and shared directly to Facebook.

When you open club status the first thing you want to do is write something in the header. That could be something like: “Playing to winter greens“
Then you are going to set the priority for this status. You can choose between four priorities:

• Neutral, Grey coloring
• Normal, Green coloring
• Important, Orange coloring
• Critical, Red coloring

After you have picked which priority you can write some more indepth text for your status like:
“Even though the weather is still warm, we are playing to winter greens due to X-reasoning”

When you have written your status you can select a time for the status to start and finish. The status will automatically start and stop, which means you can also make statuses in advance so you dont forget them. 

When you click [Save] the GLFR app will update and you and the players are able to see the status under your club. The status will also be displayed on the home screen in glfr.business, so when you log in to the website you can see your status.  

If you want to change the status while there is already one active, you simply edit the header, text, priority and date and press [Save] then it will overwrite the status you have.
If you want to delete the status you have, you just want to press [Disable] which you find just to the left of the [Save] button.
