My GPS doesn’t work, what do I do?

Check the settings on your device

Start by checking that the Location Services are active on your device and that you have “High Precision” turned on.

If the location services on your device is not enabled, then GLFR can’t track your GPS location.

Allow GLFR to use your GPS

The first time you use GLFR, you are asked if you want to give the app permissions to use your location services. If you have rejected that or the permission for some other reason has been withdrawn, GLFR can’t display distances etc.

To re-enable this permission you need to:

Go to device settings > Privacy ( Not all devices have this layer) > Location Service > App Permissions

Find GLFR in the list and check that the App is allowed to use your location services.

If you are still struggeling to find the setting, check the manufacturer’s website of your device for information on how to do this on your specific device.
