Deleting your Business/Greenkeeper account

You have two options to delete your account:

  1. Contact a “Owner” of your GLFR Business solution and have them delete your account directly from the Users interface inside GLFR Business.
  2. If your Owner is not available or you are the last Owner of the account, contact our support team at support.b2b@glfr.com. Your account will then be deleted within 48 working hours.

When you account is deleted we delete the following personal data from all records:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Roles
  • Clubs
  • Profile photo

All other references to the former user id, will be anonymized.
