To enter the Distance Marker menu, you have to select the product you want to edit distance markers for in the [Product] list. Click the [Setup Distance Markers] on the courses card.
The Measured distance is between the two points in a straight line, so it will not account for a dogleg or similiar curves. The two points is either from Tee to Distance Marker or from Distance Marker to Green Point. Depending on the chosen type in the Distance Marker Options.
Here you can place distance markers for each hole, so the player can see how far out the bunker is or the remaining distance to the green from a specific point.
When you want to place a distance markers you just click on the hole drawing. Then it will place a point for you. Highlight with a point and a circle around it.
You can add all the points you want to each hole. To select and already existing distance marker, you simply click on the one you want to edit. When the circle is big you have selected that point to edit.
Distance Marker Options
You can choose between either Arc or Point and if the distance marker should be on the left or the right side of the hole image.
Arc
Draws a line from one side to the other side of the hole image. You can choose the lenght of the arc on the left and right degree sliders.
Point

From Tee, To Green or Combined
From Tee
The distance marker will show the distance from each tee to the point you have selected, and display them in a box on the side of the hole image.
Distance Markers From Tee will be displayed either as the Tee Name or Tee Color, depending on the setup you have made previously here
If you want to change the name or color of the tees on the course, select the course under [Courses] and edit it here.
To Green
The distance marker will show the distance from the selected point to the mapped Green Point (usually mapped in the middle of the green, contact GLFR support for questions about this).
Distance Markers To Green will be displayed with a small triangle.
Combined
The combined distance marker cannot be an arc, so choosing this option will automaticly change your distance marker to a point.
The Combined distance marker will show both distance measurements From Tee and To Green in the same distance box. With the measurement To Green always being in the top of the box.
Deleting a Distance Marker
If you want to delete a marker, you have to select the marker by clicking it on the hole image view. The circle around the point will hightlight with being bigger which indicates you have selected that point. Then you can press delete selected.
When you are done editing a hole, you simply just press [Save] and select a new hole in the top of the page.
